What to Expect When Working With Legacy Contracts

Legacy Contracts LLC

We, here at Legacy, know that finding the right legal assistant is an important task. As a lawyer or even as a consumer, your time is precious and we don’t want to waste any of it. Below are some frequently as questions along with expectations regarding working with our company.

  1. What Do I Need To Qualify For Services?
  2. If you have a need then we can help! It would be very beneficial if you had an objective as well. In our experience, clients have often times requested assistant services, knowing they need help but not being clear on how and where. If this is the case for you, no problem! We can book a meeting to get clarification on the overall foundation of the project or services but it would save much time, energy and effort if that was provided up front to allow us to jump right in and begin services.
  3. Who Does Legacy Support?
  4. Our target audiences are solo attorneys and small law firms but we have and do provide administrative assistance to anyone who has a need. If you have a personal or professional need that requires admin support we can help!
  5. What Makes Legacy Different?
  6. Our foundation and main goal for services is connection and confidence. We don’t just want to provide services, we want our clients to feel connected with their clients, employees, and even themselves. We want to provide our clients with the confidence to move forward in any direction of their choosing. Being a legal assistant is not just about completing a task, getting paid and moving on, its about making sure everyone we come in contact with leaves feeling a little more connected and confident than when they started.
  7. What are Legacy’s Top 5 Strenths?
  8. Communication
  9. Clarity
  10. Commitment
  11. Consistency
  12. Reliability
  13. Can I purchase services for someone else?
  14. No we don’t allow that at our company, however, if you refer someone, and they sign up for services, we offer referral rewards in a $10 starbucks gift card!
  15. What Does Your Onboarding Process Look Like?
  16. After we’ve discussed your needs and objectives for services we will send a contract for your signature. Once the contract is returned signed then we will open a legal matter on our online platform, CLIO, with this comes a client portal which you will receive details on how to sign up and into the portal. After the portal task is complete we begin services until the agreed upon date.

We’ve covered some of the most frequent questions our office has received and hope that we’ve answered them diligently. We hope to have given you some insight about Legacy Contracts, how we operate, and what you can expect when working with us!
